Who we are
RGZ Tech Services ("RGZ," "we," "us") is a locally owned IT services company serving the St. Louis metro area and Illinois' Metro East. This policy covers rgztechservices.com. You can reach us at [email protected] or (618) 491-1463.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact or booking form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, company, the service you're interested in, your preferred appointment time, and your message.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, and uses them to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It isn't sent to us.
We don't use advertising trackers, sell ads, or build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To answer your question, prepare a quote, or confirm an appointment.
- To follow up about the request you sent us.
- To keep records of our work if you become a client.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
Services that help run this site
A few outside companies handle parts of the website for us. Each receives only what it needs:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
- Web3Forms delivers contact and booking form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface our pages use, so your browser requests it from Google.
- Google Maps shows the service-area map on our Contact page.
These companies handle data under their own privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and as required for tax and legal purposes. Otherwise, we delete inquiries we no longer need.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the messages you send us is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we protect your information the way we'd want ours protected.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
