A down computer means a person who can't work. We prioritize business repairs and can often fix problems remotely the same day.
If a repair costs more than the computer is worth, we'll tell you, and help you move your data to something new.
Tell us what's happening. We note the device's condition and what you'd like us to protect, like your files.

We call you with a flat-rate price. No repair work starts until you say yes.
We repair it, test it, and call you when it's ready.
Most repairs don't touch your data, but hardware failures can. We offer a backup before any work, and we only access your system as needed to test the repair. We don't browse personal files.
We'll tell you honestly. If the repair costs close to what a comparable new computer would, we'll say so and help you choose a replacement and move your data.
Microsoft ended Windows 10 support in October 2025, so those computers no longer get security updates. We can check whether yours can upgrade to Windows 11 or recommend a replacement.
