FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's included in a security checkup?

We review your firewall and router, Wi-Fi setup, computers and their update status, accounts and passwords, email security, antivirus, backups, and physical security. You get a written report with each area rated and clear next steps.

Will a vulnerability scan disrupt our network?

Scans are non-intrusive and may briefly slow the network at most. They only run on the systems and times you authorize in writing, and we stop immediately if you ask.

We're a small office. Are we really a target?

Most attacks are automated and aimed at whoever is easiest to get into, regardless of size. A few basics, like multi-factor login, updates, filtering, and tested backups, stop most of them.
