RGZ Tech Services was founded by Gabriel Rappold, Zane Rakers, and Roland Porter — three people who grew up taking computers apart and putting them back together better than before. What started as helping friends and family turned into a full-service IT contracting business serving businesses across the St. Louis metro area.
We got tired of watching businesses overpay for underperforming technology, or get locked into contracts with large MSPs who couldn't name a single employee at the client. RGZ is different: we're local, we're reachable, and we build relationships that last longer than any project.

Gabriel leads client strategy and infrastructure projects with deep expertise in server design, virtualization, and network architecture. When he's not designing server rooms, he's building PC rigs that outperform machines twice the price.
Zane drives cybersecurity engagements, manages the MSP side of the business, and handles most of RGZ's marketing. He keeps client networks monitored, patched, and protected around the clock — and makes sure the right people know about it.
Roland keeps projects on time and clients informed — translating complex technical work into plain language and making sure every engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to handoff. He's the reason things don't fall through the cracks.
